Nature of the Service
- Planeera is a planning and productivity tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.
- Energy predictions are estimates based on general menstrual cycle patterns and your self-reported data. They are not diagnostic.
- AI chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not replace professional medical, psychological, or career advice.
- Users should consult qualified healthcare providers for any medical concerns.
Account and Subscription
- Free trial: 14 days, full premium access, no payment method required
- Monthly plan: €7.99/month
- Yearly plan: €49.99/year (€4.17/month equivalent)
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Handled per Stripe's standard policies
Your Responsibilities
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Planeera
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the cycle data you provide
- You must not share your account with others
- You must not use the service for any illegal purpose
Limitation of Liability
- Planeera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for decisions made based on energy predictions or AI suggestions
- We are not liable for health outcomes related to using the service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Intellectual Property
- Planeera, its design, code, and content are owned by Foxorio s.r.o.
- Your data remains yours, see Privacy Policy for details
Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
- Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic
